And not only that, you gotta have a look at the designer's portfolio site, it's filled with awesome interaction that might cook you up for the day. I'd say, a very good sense of motion and animation the designer has.

And slightly off topic and I'm not sure if it fits this thread, but Microsoft decided to make a facelift for Windows Vista's main page, it looks Mac-ish, nevertheless, it's very well done.
