If you've been looking for a continous moving movie clip from a direction that looks like rain, stars or snow, this would be a good place to start with.

Changing Tints for MovieClip
There's been a small project I've been doing, that required me to changing tint for my movieclip, and I'd found this has been always underrated feature being used. Really neat.
